Behind the super tasty and pretty watermelon in Japan I always wondering how the farmers works to obtained that results? Last summer I get a chance to see the watermelon plantation and harvesting it by myself.

Dibalik semangka jepang yang lezat dan cantik saya selalu membayangkan bagaimana petaninya bekerja hingga berhasil memproduksinya? Musim panas lalu saya berkesempatan melihat perkebunan semangka dan memetiknya sendiri.

I went to Abe-san plantation in Obanazawa city. He is a very kind and cherfull man. He owned the plantation and also a beautiful paddy rice art to far from the watermelon plantation.

Perkebunan yang saya kunjungi milik Abe-san di kota Obanazawa. Dia sangat ramah dan ceria. Abe-san memiliki perkebunan dan juga sawah padi lukis yang berada tak jauh dari perkebunan semangkanya.

He told me how to pick a watermelon and choosing a good one. Can you see my watermelon? It is so big,  beautifully round, and super tasty!

Beliau memberitahu saya bagaimana caranya memetik semangka dan memilih semangka yang bagus. Apakah kamu melihat semangka saya? Sangat besar, bulat sempurna, dan lezat!
