On the first day of the tour, we had a chance to stay at Mori-no-kaze Hotel, Tazawa-ko. The hotel is a traditional Japanese-style (ryoukan) accomodation.

Visitors can choose to wear yukata with their favorite colour. They provide yukata corner near the receptionist and you can choose right after you checked-in. My choice was the light purple color with purple obi and pink robe. We wore the yukata during our stay in the hotel.

The room is so nice, you can experience stay in Japanese-style room here. The hotel is located near Nyuto Onsen area, they even provide shuttle bus to take you to the onsen. The view surrounding the hotel is best at autumn and winter. There is also a a golf course and ski resort nearby. So, you will experience a lot of things during your stay here.

At dinner time, they will perform Namahage, a sort of famous folklore from Akita. They also said that Namahage is looking for naughty and spoiled kids. I thought Namahage was horror but funny at the same time. Haha.. The breakfast and dinner are in buffet style so you will have a lot of choice. The food also taste great, you won't regret staying here.

So here we are, really enjoy staying at the hotel with amazing backyard view!

Haha.
