Iwakiyama shrine is located at the foot of Mt. Iwaki. This place is crowded with people for praying, especially on Sunday. From the gate of the shrine to the main shrine building there stretched nearly 300 metres pedestrian way. However, just like shrine in common, Iwakiyama Shrine is surrounded by well-conserved greeneries. Tall big shady trees stand up on the left and right side of the way to the main Shrine building. So harmonious.

Close to the main shrine building, there is a wellspring which many believe the water can bring people luck, especially when they wash their hands, face and drink it. People mostly go to this spot first before head to the main shrine building. This shrine also becomes one of the main accesses for people to do hiking to Mt. Iwaki. There is a special gate out from this shrine to go to Mt. Iwaki.

Namun semuanya itu benar-benar ‘’worth it’’.
